Position Requirements
The position of Receptionist requires the following:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service related field
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Friendly and likeable demeanor
- Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organization of tasks
- Working knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Upbeat, energetic, positive, mature, and professional attitude
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Highly customer service oriented
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure during busy and/or stressful situations
- Capable of working in a team environment or as an individual
- Available to work after hours when necessary, especially during peak season

Description
Pay Range: $19.62/HR - $21.01/HR (DOE)
This position includes PTO, paid holiday, medical, dental, vision, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), life insurance, and 401K matching.
Serves as the company's first point of contact, greeting visitors, welcoming out-of-town employees, and directing them appropriately. Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization, and coordinating front-desk activities, including receiving packages/deliveries, distributing correspondence, and redirecting phone calls. This position reports directly to the Call Center Manager.
Core responsibilities for the position are as follows:
- Welcomes and directs visitors to appropriate locations and/or parties. Notifies personnel of visitor's arrival
- Provides general information to all internal and external customers
- Maintains a visitor log and issues security badges to all visitors
- Provides effective and courteous service to all visitors
- Delivers excellent customer service, projects a professional and courteous demeanor in person, on the telephone, and via e-mail
- Processes all incoming and outgoing mail
- Sorts mail daily and distributes
- Signs for packages, notifies appropriate personnel, and secures safe storage
- Maintains inter-office mail through courier service
- Always keeps the reception area clean and tidy
- Assists with ordering and inventory of office supplies, letterhead, mailing supplies for Corporate Services department
- Maintains conference / training room schedule
- Updates and distributes company phone list
- Provides general administrative / clerical support and other management requests as needed
